Many people register with their e-mail address to take the services of different organizations for personal or institutional work. As a result, finding important e-mails when needed is very difficult. Promotional messages for products and services of different organizations clutter the app.
Google has introduced a solution for this problem. They added an ‘unsubscribe‘ button to the Gmail app. This allows users to quickly cancel the registration of unwanted e-mails.
To unsubscribe from Gmail’s promotional e-mail, first open the e-mail. Next, click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom. However, with the introduction of this new facility, the ‘unsubscribe’ button will be seen on the e-mail.
By clicking on the button, you can quickly cancel the registration of your e-mail address from that organization. As a result, no e-mail will come from that address later.
Google has already added this new feature to its iOS app. As a result, this feature can be used initially only from the iPhone. However, the company did not provide any information about when this feature will be added for Android users.
