Eligibility Criteria: Who can apply?
To apply for a Fulbright scholarship, applicants must meet certain conditions:
- Candidates must have a minimum of four years bachelor’s degree with meritorious results from a recognized public or private university in Bangladesh
- Did not take a degree from an American university before or is currently enrolled in any education program in the United States
- Did not have a postgraduate degree from any country other than Bangladesh (but those who have taken a postgraduate degree from Bangladesh, they will be considered eligible)
- Must have at least two years of full-time work experience. This experience must be in the relevant or related field of the subject you want to study.
- Must be fluent and proficient in English
- Must have a minimum score of 90 in Internet-based (IBT) TOEFL or a minimum score of 7 in IELTS
- * Must be a Bangladeshi citizen residing in Bangladesh at the time of application.
Application Process
- The application form has to be filled online.
- Academic transcript (education transcript) and certificate from each educational institution from which he has received education after higher secondary education.
- Three recommenders will upload/present three recommendation letters directly on the online application portal separately.

- TOEFL/IELTS scores
- It is necessary to have a competitive exam score, either GRE or GMAT. This score is required for admission to a master’s degree program in the United States. If an applicant has already taken the GRE or GMAT exam, they must submit the marks obtained. This information should be included with the online application.
