The two-day Denim Expo in Dhaka will begin on Monday

In 2023, visitors are visiting Bangladesh Denim Expo stalls for two days in Dhaka. Bangladesh Denim Expo, an international exhibition of ready-made garments, is starting next Monday (May 6, 2024). The two-day-long exhibition will be held as usual at the International Convention City Bashundhara in Purbachal the capital.

This year’s edition of the Denim Expo is the 16th. This year’s theme is Reimagine. More than 60 companies from Bangladesh, India, China, Pakistan, Turkey, Italy, France, Spain, Switzerland, Vietnam and Japan will display their products in the exhibition. These companies include denim fabric manufacturing companies, garment manufacturing companies, washing laundry, accessories and trims, chemicals, machinery or technology etc. Bangladesh Apparel Exchange, the organizer of the Denim Expo, informed this in a press release.

Mostafiz Uddin, founder and chief executive officer of Bangladesh Denim Expo, said, ‘Being out of the box, we are working to create an experience about denim that is visionary and revolutionary. Besides, we are also exploring potential areas in the denim industry. From sustainable business practices to cutting-edge design techniques, that is, what denim means in the modern age, these topics will be on display in this exhibition.’

The organizers said that there will be panel discussions and trend seminars at this year’s Denim Expo exhibition. World-renowned speakers will share their experiences there. Apart from this, various innovative denim products will be displayed in a trend zone at the exhibition grounds. In this trend zone, visitors will get an opportunity to learn about upcoming denim products.
